Andrew Goria

Employment Manager

Andrew Goria received his BA from Southern Oregon University in Human Communications and a Masters Degree from Western Seminary.  Andrew currently works within the disability division of WCP Work Solutions matching employers with people with disabilities.

Andrew is married to his wife Karen Rose. Eric Kinnison

Eric Kinnison

Eric Kinnison grew up in Northwest Portland, Oregon.  In 2006, Eric started his own business providing professional exterior cleaning for residential and commercial businesses all over the Portland/Metro area.  After six years of providing outstanding customer service I sold my shares of the company.  In 2013, Eric and his family moved to Cary, North Carolina to help with the planting of a church.  In 2015, Eric returned to Portland to become part of Genesis Human Resources that is now WCP Work Solutions.  Currently, Eric is working as the Long Term Supports Coordinator helping people experiencing disabilities create and sustain long term career growth.  Eric recently completed a MA in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University.  Eric has been married to his wife, Michelle, ten wonderful years and have four amazing kids, Josiah (7), Maile (6), Savannah (6), and Ruthie (4).


Matt Field 

Employment Specialist 

After working for fifteen years in both Retail and Business to Business Sales, Matt Field recently received his BA from Warner Pacific College in Human Development.  Matt’s extensive sales experience and education focus prove to be a perfect fit for his current position helping people with disabilities find employment.

Matt and his wife, Carly, enjoy spending time homesteading on their urban farm.  With the help of their children, Josie, Melody, and Ethan, they raise chickens and ducks and spend a lot of time in their vegetable garden.  They also enjoy cooking and spending time with friends.

Tara Wagner

Employment Specialist

Tara Wagner decided to go back to college in 2011 to pursue her dreams of helping others.  After earning her BA of Science in Human Development at Warner Pacific College in 2017, she joined our team at Genesis Human Resources as an Employment Specialist.  She is planning on furthering her education by earning her Masters degree in Human Service at Warner Pacific College in 2018.

She has customer service experience working at a CPA office for the last 10 years and for the last few years worked in home care caring for a quadriplegic.  Tara is also very involved in the Eastside Timbers community as a Manager for the boys soccer group, which has helped her grow in her sales and managing skills.

Tara enjoys spending most of her free time on the soccer field watching her son do what he enjoys most, play soccer.  She also enjoys hiking, swimming and traveling with her son and family.  Tara loves the Pacific Northwest and everything it has to offer.
